October 8th Wheel of the year.. looking to the West to ancestors and letting go.

October 15 Wholeness Template(CarrieDay)..Archetype of the season..we will use this to guide us further into the mask building and messages needed for you personally this season..

October 22 Let's come together to create.. you are free to create on your own as well, but thought it would be nice to gather an create ..some supplies will be provided, feel free to bring your own supplies as well if you have favorites.

October 29thSamhain ceremony and celebration Gathering for ceremony..donning our masks embodying our archetype... ending with tea and cookies by the fire. I'll have some blankets and pillows layed out for circle..be sure to bring blanket, mat,pillow what you need to journey/meditate..and be warm..we will be outside..

I'll have the fire going..but it will still be chilly. Bring a journal and something to write with to take notes, jot down ideas and write what comes to you in meditation/journey.

As always this is a safe environment and anything said in circle is sacred to circle. Any questions feel free to reach out. This is a free event to show my gratitude, bring some light into the nights and gather in community. Address provided at sign up. Weather dependent..we will be outside. Xx

So what is this all about?
Dragons? Snakes? Theater?
Not to worry you don't need to have experience with any of it.
All you need is a willingness and a desire to step into the future.

Yep...that right!

First up...Center...

Maybe you've asked yourself some of these questions...

Where do I fit into this world? What is my calling? My soul purpose? How can I be of service to others at this time?

At center we will return home and find out just this.
Remembering why we came here and what we have to offer is huge. It is so easy to get overwhelmed in trying to do it all, but this helps you find your piece. It is also easy to find yourself just out of sorts. The key can be found here.

In later classes we will explore ways to embody this essence and try it out in class. Being seen and heard and having a place to act this out is essential to stepping into the future.

As we travel the directions and gain wisdom of the dragons and the elements that they hold you will be invited to create masks as well as art, writings, songs...basically what ever it is that you feel called to express. Learning to walk, fly, breathe fire...whatever it is that your dragons want to teach you.

Embodying the power of the dragons can do much to create movement and change in your life in a way like no other.

And maybe non of this concerns you and you are just curious or want to dress up like a dragon....There is plenty of space for that too. :)

Experience with Shamanic journeying is welcome and not required.
Everyone is an artist and can create a mask....we wear them often through life, sometimes they are simply other sides of us we haven't always shared.

Art as Release

So many are expressing anger, hate and rage right now....along with fear and uncertainty.

For myself I learned when going through some of my darkest hours that words helped, and that at times there were no words but it still needed to be released.

I used spoken word and art in a variety of forms to help release the things I was feeling.

No it might not have changed the situation, but it let me let go of some anger.

At times it even brought laughter in it's place as I imagined art exhibitions, plays and the like, show casing these works. Allowing others to see first hand what it felt like. That maybe eyes would be opened. That people would see. Or perhaps others, like me, could be seen.

Let's share, commune, see and be seen.

I would like this to be a monthly offer and perhaps even a showing of sorts for those interested...online and in person.

We will take on themes every month...For this month it is RAGE.

For me this theme began earlier this month regarding the atrocities against women and what is happening at a global scale regarding women, their rights, their worth, even their ability to be seen and heard. But it isn't something just out there...it is in our own countries.

So I woke and created an idea for an exhibition...maybe it will turn into a collaboration, or maybe working with this idea will spurn awareness, change or just people being seen.

And this is only the tip...there is a whole lot out there people are angry about...and people they are angry with. But instead of letting that win...let's paint it out..create it out! So that we may see the magic that is still all around. Not just the cat videos, but you and me and much of the world...

Rage stops us from seeing and consumes....releasing allows us to win.
